STEPHEN J. LANDRY

Stephen J. Landry is vice president of Tax at Marathon Oil Corporation. He joined Marathon in January 2007 and was appointed to his current position in January 2008.

Mr. Landry joined Marathon as director of Tax, Compliance and Reporting. Previously, he spent 22 years with Ernst and Young. He became a Tax partner for Ernst and Young in 1998 and transferred to the Houston energy practice in 2000.

Mr. Landry is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. He received a bachelor's degree in business administration in economics from Loyola University of New Orleans. Mr. Landry is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
