INTEGRITY HELPLINE

Marathon's Integrity Helpline is a resource for reporting suspected unethical or illegal activity and serves as a platform for advice regarding ethics and behavior in the workplace. The Helpline is also available in several languages for those in Marathon's international locations.

The Helpline is available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Every effort is made to respond to each inquiry or report of a suspected violation with an answer or action taken by the next business day. Anonymous reports are assigned a case number to identify the inquiry or report.

Marathon does not allow retaliation against anyone who reports concerns in good faith.

Law, Auditing, Human Resources, or Health, Environment & Safety (HES) may be consulted on issues in need of further investigation.
