  Axiom Medical Consulting provides Marathon Oil Corporation's North America Production Operations with early intervention case management consultation for all employee and contractor work-related injuries and illnesses on Marathon operated facilities/projects. Axiom and Near Miss Reporting (Powerpoint).

• NCMS, DISA, Inc. or PTC (Contractor Drug & Alcohol)
  To elevate our commitment to maintaining a drug free workplace, Marathon Oil requires
  contractors to enroll in either NCMS, DISA or PTC. Management of the drug & alcohol program and compliance with DOT and/or Non-DOT policies is the responsibility of the contractor. Simultaneous enrollment in DOT and Non-DOT testing programs is not a requirement of Marathon Oil.
  
  
• Enform Guide to Safe Work: Fatigue Management
  A guide to help companies design and implement an effective fatigue management program. Marathon requires contractors to have and implement a fatigue management plan for employees who work at safety sensitive worksites.
  
  

• IADC HES Rig Pass
  IADC's HSE Rig Pass safety orientation is recognized for work at Marathon-operated worksites.

• ISNetworld
  Contractor companies performing safety sensitive work for Marathon are required to subscribe to ISNetworld as part of Marathon's Contractor Safety Management Process. The contractor's subscription to ISNetworld allows for Marathon to view the HES Programs, Training, Performance and Culture of our contractors, as well as providing our contractors beneficial HES Tools to assist in managing their HES Program.

  Provides an overview of Marathon's Standards, Policies, and expectations to help you while on our site.

  An API-sponsored website on accident prevention during excavation, construction, or farming around pipelines, and recognizing and responding to pipeline leaks.
  
  
• RISC "No Excuses" Contractor Safety Training (Password Protected)
  Marathon utilizes RISC, a third-party learning management service provider to make web-based HES training available to select contractor personnel involved in high risk activities.

  Safegulf USA-accredited safety orientation is recognized by Marathon for work on Marathon-operated offshore platforms and facilities.
