Employees and contractors at our Brae platform add profitable production from the North Sea. Other core regions include the U.S., Canada and Equatorial Guinea.

Marathon employees in Norway are raising money to buy cancer equipment for hospitals while improving their health.
Through the Company’s contribution to Active Against Cancer, employees receive points for physical activity data they record on the foundation’s website. The points are converted into monetary donations from Marathon to Active Against Cancer. The more employees run, swim and enjoy other fitness activities, the more money Marathon donates to the foundation.
The Company plans to invite a well-known athlete to speak with employees as part of Norway’s internal Step Up campaign. Step Up raises employee awareness about personal health, wellness, personal safety involvement and the environment.
Active Against Cancer was founded by Grete Waitz, the late champion marathon runner from Norway. The foundation is a natural fit for our Norway operations, a donor to both Stavanger University Hospital's breast cancer research program and the Stavanger marathon.
Marathon’s commitment to the community is deeply rooted in our core values. Our employee-run Books for Bioko program collects supplies for schools in Equatorial Guinea.
