Marathon promotes employee wellness with our Well ALL Ways program. Employees may complete a voluntary, confidential personal questionnaire that measures their individual health risks based on health history, current health status and lifestyle. Employees who submit the questionnaire receive specific programs and services based on their answers. Our Health Services group uses the anonymous summarized data to target new program developments and measure reductions in health risks.
Since initiating Well ALL Ways in 2007, almost 7,000 Marathon employees and dependents have participated in one or more program activities.
The number of risk factors per participant has continued to decline every year since 2008, based on our analysis of nearly 4,000 people who have participated in Well ALL Ways since 2007. Our data show:
