Job Summary:

Job Summary:
This position is an integral part of MEGPL’s Engineering team reporting to the Process Engineering supervisor. The candidate will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and economic execution of numerous field and above field level projects based on the Engineering and Management of Change (MOC) processes for the Alba field offshore and onshore facilities. The engineer will be responsible for the concept development, detailed engineering, and execution of Management of Change projects with minimum guidance and support. Thus, the engineer is expected to have fundamental process engineering knowledge and skills for troubleshooting and sound concept development.
Major Duties/Responsibilities
- Supports Company HES and Security policies and programs.
- Display sound and fundamental process engineering skills / knowledge for troubleshooting of unit operations (Pumps, Compressors, Expanders, Distillation Columns, Heat Exchangers etc.) with emphasis on fluid flow, mass, and heat transfer.
- Understand MEGPL design codes and standards with application of best industry practices to comply with ROMS Element 4&5 expectations.
- Understand MEGPL Business Management Systems (BMS) and how it is applied cross-functionally within the organization.
- Complete assigned Feasibility Engineering Queries (EQs) and Detailed Engineering Designs (EDs) in accordance with MEGPL Design Codes and standards, including liaising with operations to assure solutions meet operating needs, and development of approved facility modifications into fully defined engineered packages for field execution.
- Act as Responsible Project Engineer as described in the Engineering and Management of Change processes / procedures, assuring that modifications are properly evaluated, implemented, and closed out.
- Evaluate, complete, and lead implementation of changes with minimal supervision.
- Display excellent project management skills required to manage projects right from concept stage to execution and close-out.
- Competent in the area of Process Safety able to support and/or lead PHA, What If, Risk Assessments, HAZOP, RBI etc. efforts as required for changes to onshore and offshore process facilities.
- Act as an SME for any Management change (MOC) requirements for applicable changes on the offshore and onshore facilities.
- Participate in project design reviews and provides technical suggestions / recommendations to enhance designs for optimum operations of the offshore and onshore facilities.
- Display experience (if any) in process simulations such as HYSYS, PIPESIM, FLARENET, and VMG Symmetry. Preference given to VMG Symmetry proficiency.
- Use process simulation skills to evaluate, assess and optimize processes and troubleshoot systems as required.
- Provide day to day process engineering support to operations in troubleshooting and optimizing facility operations and maintenance as required.
- Support MEGPL efforts to develop and maintain a process safety culture through proper execution and stewardship of the Engineering, MOC, PSSR processes, as well as supporting all other applicable ROMS elements, particularly PHA and Incident Investigations.
- Mentor, coach, and train less experienced engineers in the team (For Level II & III candidates)

Job Summary:

The focus of this position will be on I&E Maintenance as opposed to design.
Major Duties/Responsibilities
- Lead any investigations into equipment trips/failures defining actions to be taken to resolve the issue. Managing these actions to completion.
- Act as technical Electrical Maintenance engineer for the Offshore ALBA FIELD and Onshore Gas plant for all work associated with the recovery, commissioning, and startup of equipment.
- Monitor the overall effectiveness of the reliability program for the asset by capturing and analyzing reliability data for critical equipment/systems, thereby developing a good understanding of the overall effectiveness of reliability efforts Power Management System (PMS) – support troubleshoot and health check on the Offshore development and Implementation using the ACCERATOR QUICKSET software to interact with the Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) relay and controllers.
- Work with Maintenance Supervisors (Onshore & Offshore) to planned maintenance work – continual optimization of predictive and preventative maintenance strategies based on equipment history/condition based monitoring capabilities to the extent reasonably practical.
- Signing off on hand over documentation following repair work or engineering project activities.
- Conducts Electrical & Instrumentation Equipment surveys and as built relevant drawings to reflect field installation.
- Managing overall Power system reliability (data from past events/electrical reliability issues) identify proposals for improvement, produce business case and present to stake holders for further review.

Job Summary:

Major Duties/Responsibilities
- Promote and support company Health, Safety and Environmental programs.

Job Summary:
Heavy equipment operators safely operate heavy machinery (Backhoe, Cranes, Excavator, Stacker, Forklift, Tele handler, Fuel Trucks, Vac Trucks, etc.) used in construction and maintenance work. Heavy equipment operators to work as part of a Maintenance Support crew and report directly to the Rigging and Lifting Supervisor/HEO coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of material-moving equipment daily according to schedule and instruction from the Rigging and Lifting Supervisor, choosing and setting up the right crane, lift or hoist to complete each task safely and efficiently.
- Move levers, depress buttons, and foot pedals to operate and control the speed/direction of crane movement.
- Inspect machines and equipment daily, perform routine maintenance procedures and minor repairs when necessary.
- Control cranes, lifts and other equipment using standard operating procedures to ensure effective transportation of materials and safety for all personnel on site.
- Perform net load calculations for crane specific lift plans. Fill and complete lift data for given lift scenarios.
- Create and update detailed log of material transportation operations, including information about type of material, movement locations and additional data requested by the Supervisor.
- Listen to Rigging and Lifting Supervisor’s plan prior to start of every shift and complete all required tasks accurately and within assigned deadlines with limited supervision.
