About the Play

Generating value in the Myrmidon.

We’re focused on the high-return Myrmidon area, building on the successes from our enhanced completion designs, as well as delineating our position in Hector.

In 2020, we expect to bring to sales 85 - 120 operated wells in the Bakken. Approximately 75% in Myrmidon and about 25% in Hector.

We've been operating in North Dakota since 2006. Our acreage is located primarily within the established Williston Basin in Dunn, Hettinger, McKenzie, McLean, Mountrail, Slope and Williams counties in North Dakota.

A portion of our Bakken asset is home to the Three Affiliated Tribes (TAT) on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation. Our relationship with the tribes started in 2008, when we became the first company to drill on the reservation that’s home to the Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara (MHA) Nation. We respect the native lands and culture of indigenous peoples, and honor tribal traditions and beliefs.

A Clear Approach
Our strategy is focused on lower cost, higher margin U.S. resource plays. With operations in four of the best oil-rich basins in the U.S., we are positioned for long term growth.
