During the 2021-2022 school year Corrynn Breidinger implemented an aviation program at her small school. This program introduced science and engineering practices to a group of 7th-9th graders. They spent the year identifying problems and designing solutions. Her students were taught how to think outside of the box and tackle complex problems.

Their school is in rural Oklahoma with a 90% free and reduced lunch rate. Her students live and work on farms and ranches. Her goal as an educator is to help level the playing field and show her students that they can reach higher and go further than they ever thought possible.
