Marathon Oil’s social investment strategy aims to improve the quality of life in the communities where we live and work by building healthier, safer, stronger and more resilient communities. Our partnerships focus on public health, safety, education and the environment, and are tailored to the unique needs of each community. We annually review our social investments to ensure our partnerships are delivering a meaningful impact and encourage our employees to join us in this work through our dollar-for-dollar matching programs, local volunteer events and annual giving campaign.
